Hopefully it doesn't come to this - but, we get it, sometimes your skin and our products may not be a perfect match, so we want to make returns super simple for you. 

We're conscious of our impact on the planet and its people. As part of our ongoing sustainability efforts, we're creating positive changes to reduce our carbon footprint - like removing returns cards from all orders.

If you do want to make a return, it's just 2 simple steps:

• We'll send you a printable return slip!
• Voila! 

FYI, Your return may take 5-10 business days to reach your account.

Returns requests received within 60 days of your order being placed will be 100% free. Please note, we can't refund shipping charges.
